The Top 24 have one or two-page fashion shot. The winners of Pinoy Dream Academy, Be Bench, Pinoy Big Brother Season 2, PBB Teen Edition and Star Magic Batch 16 are included.

Last year, the Star Magic Catalogue had 12 artists on the cover, this year, only 8 artists graces it's cover, Angelica Panganiban, Diether Ocampo, Kristine Hermosa, Sam Milby, Bea Alonzo, Piolo Pascual, Claudine Barretto, and John Lloyd Cruz.
