After almost seven months of not seeing (and not talking with) each other Toni Gonzaga and Mariel Rodriguez renew their friendship. The two beautiful and talented showbiz personalities met and had a chance to talk heart to heart last Saturday, January 30, 2011. Toni Gonzaga and Mariel Rodriguez will work together and be part of the new noontime show of ABS-CBN together with Randy Santiago and John Estrada.

People are wondering if TV host Mariel Rodriguez is now having doubts with her boyfriend Zanroe Marudo since the Wowowee host rarely talks about him anymore. Both of them have very busy schedules and people are speculating that they also have less time spend with each other and could be having trouble. But before rumors spread wider, the pretty Wowowee host quickly refute such rumors. In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN.com, Mariel Rodriguez stated, “We’re stable. We’re good”.

Mariel said that sometimes she feels that she shares too much about their relationship. “No, feeling ko nga kapag mas quiet mas okay ‘di ba? Eh what else do we have to do? We’re not a love team you know.” If you all remember their relationship was involved in various controversies in the past months.

Mariel Rodriguez, the 24-year-old host of ABS-CBN's Wowowee, is the new covergirl of FHM. Mariel Rodriguez graces the cover of FHM December 2008 issue. In an interview, Mariel said that her posing sexy for the men's magazine was not a career move but to promote her sister's lingerie line, the Hot Pink Lingerie. She also admitted that her chest in the picture was enhanced through photo alteration now commonly used in computers.
