Dingdong Dantes has a new huge Bench Bill board along EDSA, Makati City unveiled last March 8. It's a handsome image of Dingdong Dantes clad only in his Bench Underwear.

When asked about his handsome physique, he just said "Siyempre, pinaghirapan ko talaga 'to".

Dingdong Dantes imposed good discipline towards taking care of his body. He goes to the gym regularly to work out and build good shape. His effort is well paid off indeed.
