Robin Padilla chosen by Comelec to endorse automated polls in ARMM

Action star Robin Padilla was chosen by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for the Optical Map Reader (OMR), the new technology that will be used come August 11 election at Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).

According to reports, Robin Padilla gets 2 Million pesos as talent fee for the said endorsement. He donated the said talent fee to the Liwanag ng Kabataan Foundation for the education of 53 less fortunate kids.
