Marian Rivera, Kapuso network's primetime queen was rushed to Medical City after an accident while shooting a scene for "Shake, Rattle and Roll X", the movie entry of Regal Entertainment this coming Metro Manila Film Festival. Marian Rivera had a fractured toe. The doctors had to put a cast on her right foot. The injury was minor but it will take two to three weeks of rest.
