Gabby Concepcion, former matinee idol of the Philippines entered a not guilty plea on the falsification of public documents charges through omission that was filed against him. This case reportedly stemmed from his marriage to megastar Sharon Cuneta in 1984 when he was alledgely already married to a woman named Jennifer Martin. His application for marriage license then was supposedly "ante-date" (a date given to an event or a document that is earlier than the actual date).

Actor Gabby Concepcion is also facing a bigamy charges filed by Mamerto dela Cruz of Quezon City which he also pleaded not guilty in its previous case hearing and another P2.8 million complaint for damages filed by Jobert Sucaldito, an entertainment columnist and radio broadcaster for alledgely not honoring their verbal agreement.
