The beautiful actress Anne Curtis has always dreamed of playing a mermaid role since she was 12 years old. With the new fantaserye of ABS-CBN entitled Dyosa, her dream of playing mermaid came true. Dyosa is set to compete with GMA’s newest fantaserye Dyesebel which is lead by Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes. They recently had their first official taping day. In Dyosa series , Anne Curtis leading men are Sam Milby, Luis Manzano and Zanjoe Marudo and is under the direction of Wenn Deramas. Dyosa is about an eighteen-year-old girl living a normal life as a student, a part-time cosplay model and a loving daughter to her midget parents when a half-man half-goat appears before her on her 18th birthday to reveal that she is actually a goddess, who is destined to rule the world of the upper gods. Anne Curtis as Dyosa has to make a choice: Will she heed the call of her destiny and save the dying world of the Philippine gods and goddesses and leave the life she has lived for 18 years? Or will she resist her new role as a goddess and give up her powers to stay in the human world with the mortal she loves? According to published reports, ABS-CBN's Dyosa is expected to air in the primetime by June or July this year. Watch for it!
