Singer-actress Ciara Sotto, the youngest daughter of veteran actress Helen Gamboa and former senator Tito Sotto is to marry Joe Oconer, her non-showbiz boyfriend of four years this January 2010, in a private garden wedding. The two were engaged last March 2009.
